The 5 Dimensions of the PERMA Model
PERMA is the acronym that encompasses the five pillars of human flourishing. P stands for Positive Emotions: joy, gratitude, serenity, hope, and the ability to savor beautiful moments. E stands for Engagement: the flow state where you are completely immersed in an activity that challenges your abilities. R stands for Relationships: meaningful connections with people who matter in your life. M stands for Meaning: the sense of purpose, the feeling that your life serves something greater. A stands for Achievement: the sense of competence, progress, and mastery. Research shows all five dimensions independently contribute to wellbeing: excelling in just one area is not enough.

How This Test Works
The test presents 15 questions, 3 for each of the 5 PERMA dimensions. For each question, indicate your level of agreement on a scale from 1 to 10 using the slider.
