By using Zeno, you accept these terms and conditions. Zeno is a service provided by Aetha Inc. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Zeno is a personal coaching application based on artificial intelligence, designed to support mental wellbeing and personal growth. Zeno is not a medical, therapeutic, or emergency service. It does not replace the advice of mental health professionals.

3. Account and Registration

To use Zeno, you need to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities that occur through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zeno responsibly and in compliance with the law. Any use that could damage the service, other users, or violate third-party rights is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials of Zeno are owned by Aetha Inc. and are protected by copyright law. AI-generated content during sessions is personalized for you but remains the property of Aetha Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zeno is provided "as is". Aetha Inc. does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. In no event shall Aetha Inc.'s liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
